What is HeyZenek?
A collection of one-click text tools: fixing and polishing, tone and formality, translation, summaries, notes, flashcards, quizzes and more. You paste or write your text, pick a tool, and get the result — on the web, in the editor, via the browser extension or the desktop app.
Why use HeyZenek?
The work is already set up for you. Each tool does one job in a single click and gives consistent, repeatable results — no writing instructions, no trial and error — inside an editor built for working on your text.
Can I create my own tools?
Yes. In My Tools you define your own tool with your own instructions, and it works exactly like the built-in ones — one click on any text.
Which languages and platforms are supported?
The tools work in all major languages. You can use HeyZenek on the web, in the editor, through the browser extension and in the desktop app.
Why do results differ between runs?
Wording can vary slightly from one run to the next. If a result misses the mark, just run the tool again or adjust its options.
Plans & billing
Is there a free plan?
Quizzes, flashcards, slides and other tools that run in your browser are free with an account. Tools that change or analyze your text need a paid plan. You can cancel at any time.
How do you count usage?
Your plan has a monthly limit. We show how much of it you have used as a percentage. Actual usage depends on the language, the length of your text and the tool, so some runs use more and some less.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Most tools pause until your plan renews next month. Unused usage does not carry over. You can switch to a bigger plan at any time.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. The new plan starts right away with its full monthly limit. Stripe charges or refunds the difference.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Settings → Plan. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
No. Payments are non-refundable unless the law requires otherwise. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again. If a charge looks wrong, contact us.
How do payments work?
Card payments are handled by Stripe — your card details never reach our servers. After every payment you get an email receipt.
Privacy & account
What happens to my text?
Your text is processed only to generate the result and is never used to train AI models.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, anytime in Settings. Deleting the account removes your data.
