What is HeyZenek?
A catalog of text tools: fixing and polishing, tone and formality, translation, summaries, notes, flashcards, quizzes and more. Paste or write a text, pick a tool, get the result.
Why use HeyZenek?
You pick a tool instead of writing instructions. Each one does a single job the same way every time, inside an editor built for working on text.
Can I create my own tools?
Yes. In My Tools you define your own tool with your own instructions, and it works exactly like the built-in ones — one click on any text.
Which languages and platforms are supported?
The tools work in all major languages. You can use HeyZenek on the web, in the editor, through the browser extension and in the desktop app.
Why do results differ between runs?
Wording can vary slightly from one run to the next. If a result misses the mark, just run the tool again or adjust its options.
Plans and billing
Is there a free plan?
Tools that don't send your text to a model are free with an account — the quiz, flashcard and slide editors, word count, change case, QR codes and pulling text out of a file, a web page or a YouTube video. Generating or rewriting text needs a paid plan. You can cancel at any time.
How do you count usage?
Your plan has a monthly limit and we show how much of it you have used as a percentage. How much a single run takes depends on the tool and the length of the text.
What happens when I reach my monthly limit?
Most tools pause. You can start a new month right away on your current plan, switch to a bigger one, or wait for your plan to renew. Unused pages don't carry over.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time, in either direction. The new plan starts right away: you pay the full month of the new plan today, unused pages from the old plan carry over, and that day becomes your renewal date. The month you already paid for is not refunded.
How do I cancel?
Any time, in Settings → Plan, under “Cancel plan”. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period. Until then you can pick any plan on the pricing page and it starts that day.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record for your purchase. If a charge looks wrong, contact us or Link support within 60 days and the request will be reviewed. You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again.
How do payments work?
Payments go through Stripe.
Privacy and account
What happens to my text?
We send it to an AI provider to generate the result. What we collect and who we share it with is in our Privacy Policy.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. Deleting the account removes your data.
